Do you also welcome cats?

What do group classes include?
The pack is 8 classes with no expiry date. It covers basic obedience, socialisation and agility, with exercises you practise with your dog. Ask about times, prices and availability.
Can I book a session at home?
Yes. Individual sessions are available at home or at the centre. They focus on a specific situation and include an assessment, tailored guidance and advice for continuing the practice. The team will recommend the number of sessions and follow-up.
Do you train dogs during a hotel stay?
This is considered only in specific cases. If the team decides it is suitable, goals, training and follow-up are agreed with the family. Your involvement helps maintain the guidance once your dog is home.
Can you help with behaviour concerns?
Yes. Specific behaviours can be addressed in coordination with your veterinarian’s therapeutic guidance where applicable.

What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7 pm. Drop-off and collection are from 8:30 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm. Check holiday opening and availability with the team.
How do we prepare for the first day?
Arrange a visit and tell us about your dog’s habits and needs. We will explain the settling-in process, entry requirements and what to bring.
Can I enquire about occasional or regular attendance?
