Yes. We offer a free first visit to see the centre and help your dog become familiar with it. Contact the team to arrange it.
What should my animal bring, and what are the requirements?
Before your dog arrives, we will explain which documents and vaccinations are needed. You can also ask whether they may bring their usual food or a familiar item.
Do you also welcome cats?
Yes. The centre has separate spaces for cats, with play areas, resting areas and protected outdoor space.
How will I know how they are during their stay?
The team keeps in touch with families and reports incidents. Agree the communication channel and frequency of updates before the stay.
